Responsive Designs has grown. It first opened its doors in 1989 as an importer of machine made rugs and 20 years later we are now a major flooring, furniture and home furnishings importer and distributor. It is our expansive range, excellent prices and outstanding customer service that attracts so many of the leading UK retailers.

Apart from the many products that we manage, the key elements that differentiate us from our competitors are the additional services that we offer. These include a customer help desk, merchandising teams supporting over 3000 outlets, nationwide in-store product trainers, display stand production and installation and brochure production.

Warehousing and distribution is another key element of our service to customers. Responsive Designs offers a 5 working day delivery on all standard ranges with either pallet or mixed pallet services. A direct home delivery service including furniture assembly and a special order delivery service are already operated for many of our clients.
